Order Processing Time
In‑stock items: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.
Pre‑order items: Estimated dispatch time is 7–10 working days; the actual shipping date may vary depending on supplier and logistics arrangements.
Mixed orders (in‑stock + pre‑order): Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items will normally be shipped together when all items are ready; separate shipment may incur additional shipping fees paid by the customer.
Local Delivery (Hong Kong & Macau)
- Courier: Orders to Hong Kong and Macau are delivered by SF Express.
- Delivery time: Usually 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on courier arrangements and delivery address.
- Service areas: Residential, commercial and designated SF Service Points / SF Stores (including lockers, subject to SF’s latest service arrangement).
Shipping fee:
- All local delivery fees are paid by the customer.
- Applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout or notified before shipment.
- From time to time, there may be free‑delivery or discounted‑delivery promotions; such offers will only apply under the specific promotion terms and will be clearly indicated.
Cash on Delivery (COD) via SF
- Payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for Hong Kong and Macau orders sent via SF Express.
- Payment at delivery: Customers pay the order amount and delivery fee in cash directly to SF Express upon receiving the parcel. Any COD handling fee charged by SF Express is also borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
- COD limit: SF Express sets a maximum COD amount per shipment (e.g. currently around HKD/MOP 10,000; subject to SF’s latest policy). Customers should ensure their order total is within the applicable limit.
- Refusal of payment: If the customer refuses to pay on delivery or fails to collect the parcel, the shipment may be returned. In such cases, the shop reserves the right to deduct round‑trip shipping and COD‑related charges from any refund.
International Delivery (Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia)
- Service coverage: International shipping is available to Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia via recognised courier services (for example, international services provided by SF or similar operators).
- Shipping fee: A flat delivery fee of HKD 65 per order will be charged at checkout for orders delivered to Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. This fee is always paid by the customer and is not refundable once the parcel has been dispatched, except in the case of order cancellation due to stock issues.
- Delivery time: Estimated 7–14 working days after dispatch; actual delivery time depends on destination customs clearance, local courier operations, public holidays and remote‑area arrangements.
- Ineligible services: International orders are not eligible for COD. Full payment of products and the HKD 65 delivery fee is required before shipment.
Customs, Taxes and Import Restrictions
- Duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST and handling fees imposed by the destination country or region (for example, Taiwan applies specific de‑minimis and duty rules for imports).
- Responsibility: All customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any import‑related charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the HKD 65 delivery fee. If a parcel is returned or destroyed due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, refusal to provide customs information or refusal to collect, the shop may deduct shipping and related charges from any refund.
- Prohibited items: All shipments must comply with the courier’s and destination country’s regulations. The shop reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders that cannot be shipped due to legal restrictions, courier limitations or safety concerns.
